Wash & Print Solvent 20 kgGeneral DescriptionWash & Print Solvent is suitable for manual and inline cleaning of anilox rollers, printing plates and (machine) parts contaminated with solvent-based inks. Wash & Print Solvent is a safe alternative for standard solvents like ethylacetate, ethanol, acetone and MEK.Instructions for useInline Circulation Cleaning: Use Wash & Print Solvent undiluted in a bucket. Heating the cleaner is not advised and unnecessary. Start the cleaning process by turning on the ink supply-pump. When the system is clean, turn off the pump (time depends on the degree of contamination) Remove excessive product with a dry clothManual Cleaning: Use Wash & Print Solvent undiluted in a bucket or a spray bottle.Apply it to the surfaces which have to be cleaned. Allow to soak for a few minutes (time depends on the degree of contamination). Use a dry cloth to remove the contaminants or rinse the substrate with clean water.DosageUndiluted.Storage / Shelf lifeShelf life is 1 year after production date. Production date is on the label as part of the batchnummer (6 digits for the date and last 2 digits for the production row on that date).
